Responsibilities

Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required)
• Strong motivation to succeed in a commission‑driven, performance‑based environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude with a high‑energy, customer‑focused approach
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance Self‑motivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license for the state of employment and a good driving record
