Group 1 Honda of Owings Mills is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. • Up to $2500 Sign On Bonus for experienced Service Advisors

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday Positive & Friendly Attitude Interpersonal Communication skills Basic computer skills
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening The compensation for this position is salary plus commission.
• Earnings from commissions may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions, allowing total income up to $50,000 - $110,000 a year. What
