Group 1 Lexus Southwest Houston is growing and looking to add Automotive Technicians of all skill levels—from entry-level to experienced and master-certified—to our team! Whether you’re just starting your career or bring advanced diagnostic expertise, we offer an environment that supports continuous learning, strong performance, and career advancement. We are committed to developing technicians at every stage, providing the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. *Candidates without hands-on automotive experience must be currently enrolled in or have completed an automotive technician training program to be considered Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors Qualifications Prior automotive experience or completion of a technical training program required (dealership experience preferred) Lexus/Toyota experience with ASE certification a plus!
