The Asset & Wealth Management Division (AWM) Public Legal Associate/Analyst position presents an opportunity for talented and motivated candidates with an interest in private equity, hedge funds, investment management, finance and law. The role involves working directly with the attorneys in AWM Public Legal supporting the AWM Public businesses, funds and transactions. We are looking for an individual with the following skills/qualifications: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage simultaneous matters under deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to articulate ideas clearly Highly motivated and adaptable; the ability to work on a team of diverse individuals Proactive; the ability to respond creatively and quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure, changing environment Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgment and integrity Keen interest in legal frameworks

Experience with legal entity formation and knowledge of legal entity structures is a plus Prior paralegal experience is a plus Responsibilities will include: All aspects of legal entity creation, maintenance and dissolution including drafting/reviewing formation/governing documents and resolutions Fielding internal and external inquiries regarding AWM Public fund information Assisting with anti-money laundering/KYC requests

Responding to regulatory-related requests and reviewing certain documents for compliance with regulatory requirements Performing various other governance related tasks, as needed
