Supervisor (Mine) Shift – Fixed Term Contract

In this role you will be responsible for:

• The incumbent will report to the Mine Overseer and will be responsible for production targets
• Compliance with the company’s HSEC system is essential
• Supporting the achievement of production performance
• Ensuring implementation of management decision, legal requirements
• Responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of his/her crew

Compliance of mine standards and procedures About you

• Grade 12 - Blasting certificate for scheduled mines
• Shift Supervisor Certificate of competence will be advantageous
• At least 3 (three) years’ experience as a Miner
• At least 5 (five) years' experience in a board and pillar, trackless mining environment
• Accurate and timeous completion of tasks (Results Driven)
• Operational Problem Solving and decision making
• Good communication skills
