This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. Youll work closely with experienced professionals to support purchasing activities, analyze market trends, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support buyer teams with daily tasks. Analyze purchase requisitions. Monitor supplier performance and help resolve delivery or quality issues. Maintain procurement records and update databases with accurate information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and operations. Participate in process improvement initiatives and cost analysis projects.

Education

Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelors degree or higher. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded); must be listed on resume.

Minimum duration

1012 weeks (summer); 1016 weeks (spring and fall). Must work onsite; this is not a remote position. Must have reliable transportation. This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
