Position Summary

Join our Finance team as an Accounting Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations across one or more of our entities. In this position, you will be part of our Financial Services team, collaborating closely with colleagues across Finance to deliver efficient accounting processes, maintain high-quality financial records, and support the business with reliable financial administration.

Your Role Processing PO and non-PO invoices accurately and independently Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving discrepancies Preparing and coordinating timely supplier payments Managing advance payment transactions Maintaining and updating supplier master data in SAP Reviewing and processing travel and expense claims Supporting internal and external audit activities Ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements Providing administrative and operational support to the Finance team Collaborating with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and service quality What we offer An exciting and challenging entry-level role in a dynamic environment Various opportunities for professional and personal development Chance to work on exciting, high-profile projects A motivated and cheerful team that looks forward to working with you Our events are great!

We also have lots of fun together outside of working hours Your Profile Commercial diploma or equivalent qualification within Finance Previous experience of at least

• 2 years in an accounting, accounts payable, or finance administration role Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience working with ERP systems Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken A structured, precise, and reliable way of working
