Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES

As a Systems Engineer, working with custom software built in-house, for our Cyber group, youll be amember of a cross functional team responsible for developing mission critical NSA-certified Cybersecurity devices in a rapidly growing product line. Systems Engineering (MBSE) Full Stack experience Extensive experience with DOORs Long development lifecycle and product lifespans, requiring maintenance and regular technology refresh Requirements Analysis and Management Functional Analysis, performance analysis, and Systems design Trade Studies System integration and testing Nice to have: Linux Networking experience including Layer 2 and Layer 3

Ability to define the scope, schedule, and expectations for the work you execute. Shows initiative on assignments and executes projects with little guidance and can provide technical direction and leadership. Ability to write CONOPS, Specifications or Requirements and derive into software design, code, test plans, and then execute Systems level testing/debugging. Proficiency with Systems and Test tools supporting testing in a lab environment.
