Job description

职责

  • 负责市场需求洞察体系建设，建立研发体系市场洞察能力；
  • 负责组织研发与战略、销售协同建立洞察数据规则及数据平台建设；
  • 负责市场洞察体系建设项目管理，跟踪待办及任务闭环；
  • 负责中观洞察，预研产品线，赋能各大品牌

搭建需求洞察小组 包含市场研究和用户研究 要求

  • 有市场洞察、产品定义经验者，3年以上；
  • 车企行业优先；
  • 项目管理经验3年以上；
  • 有变革管理经验者优先；
