Summary Own the bid management at sub-region and creating most competitive winning offers with cross-functional team. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

Roles and Responsibilities Supporting/Coordination/leading Go No-Go (R1) meetings when required and as well as deal desk reviews before offer submission acc. to GE Vernova tender approval procedures Creating technical solution with the lead of technical application team and preparing competitive offers Creating commercial offer using GE Vernova tools Participating meetings and preparing minutes of meetings and sharing information regularly

Supporting other units in the cluster (DACH, East Europe, Baltics) No restriction or limitation getting visa to EU countries and/or USA. and to support TSOs/DSOs and/or industrial customers in EU countries Possesses the GE Vernova Policy and align/motivate the team with the procedures Technical background and understanding energy automation. protection and control technics Kick-off tenders after Go decision and creation of bid team.

Booking orders timely and transfer of won projects to Operations (ITO/OTR) according to policy While preparing the calculation to include Operations (OTR part) where engineers work on customizing the products and implementing it for specific customer needs Collecting return of experience from OTR team and reporting Filling project follow-up document and updating data regularly Organizing weekly tendering call with the unit (including Sales/TAE, Operations) Reporting and sharing daily critical information with cluster tendering leader Working together with sourcing/procurement to collect best offers from suppliers Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

With strong documentation disipline and attention to store/records of tender documents

Required Qualifications

This role requires experience in the Electrical engineering, automation, substation control systems and protection systems of HV&MV systems or equivalent technical area with required areas.

Degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent technical area English and Russian languages are a must Kazakh is a plus Driver licence Desired Characteristics
