Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Manufacturing team. This role is critical to maintaining the precision tools, fixtures that support our shop manufacturing processes.

Aero Alliance Maintenance Engineer will support within the following Maintenance and Repair activities:

• Support shop tool engineers to rebuild, refurbish, and restore worn or damaged fixtures to original specifications
• Support in troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair activities on CNC machinery
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in use E-maint
• Coordinate the calibration of measuring instruments according to quality standards
• Support new product introductions by preparing and validating fixtures for production readiness
• Manage tooling inventory, including storage, organization, and tracking systems D rafting maintenance plans in coordination with the equipment manufacturer

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in mechanical technology, aerospace, industrial engineering, or related field preferred Proven experience in a manufacturing environment Fluency in Italian and English in writing and speaking Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

The pay range for this position

Between € 31,800.00 and € 47,700.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.
