Summary Activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Responsibilities Responsible for NPI/VCP/IB and other projects verification related activities delivery. Responsible for NPI/VCP/IB and other projects testing jig design and delivery, and reliability related automation testing jig design and delivery Responsible for develop and maintain product reliability model and ensure product quality Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related, and medical device industrial experience is a plus.

More than 8 years of experience in electronic design and/or verification, at least 3 years’ experience of test or design team management experience. Strong motivation to drive tasks/project moving to close, and good communication skill to influence key stakeholders. Knowledge and capability of testing jig development, including MCU, schematic design, C and Python. Strong teamwork spirit, program management mindset, continuous learning and improvement of test technology.

Experience with EMC standard, test and debug is a plus. Familiar with the medical equipment safety regulations such as IEC60601 is a plus Product reliability knowledge is a plus.
