Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Product Partnership Partner with Product Management to support roadmap decisions, investment prioritization, and scenario modeling. Provide financial insights on product lifecycle economics, including NPI, cost‑out, portfolio optimization, and end‑of‑life considerations. Translate financial trends into actionable recommendations for product strategy.
• Portfolio & P/L Ownership Lead financial performance management across Imaging modalities, including revenue, cost, and margin. Deliver clear insights on performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods. Support long‑term planning and portfolio profitability analysis.
• Forecasting, Budgeting & Closing Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles for product‑level financials. Coordinate monthly closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial reporting. Prepare management review materials summarizing key assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Cross‑Functional Influence & Leadership Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and influence decisions with data‑driven insights. Build strong partnerships with Product, Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Contribute to shaping financial policies, operating rhythms, and strategic processes within the Imaging finance organization.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead and develop a Product Finance team. Establish strong operating mechanisms and promote analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Foster a culture of accountability and proactive issue identification.

Required Qualifications

This role requires significant experience in the Finance & Commercial Finance Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Desired Characteristics

10+ years of experience in FP&A, Product/Commercial Finance, or similarly complex environments. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel required, Power BI preferred. Demonstrated ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and influence decisions. Experience supporting product organizations, supply chain, or cost accounting is a strong plus.
