Summary The Digital Transformation Leader is responsible for driving the evolution of the Global Markets analytics ecosystem by partnering with commercial stakeholders, IT, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to simplify business processes, modernize reporting, unlock new data sources, and leverage Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, AI, and automation technologies to improve commercial decision-making.

Working across business and technology functions, the Digital Transformation Leader will translate business needs into practical digital solutions while ensuring the analytics ecosystem continues to evolve in line with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation initiatives that simplify business processes and improve commercial decision-making. Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into scalable analytics solutions. Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to onboard new data sources and modernize the analytics platform. Drive the adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, AI, and Power Platform to deliver business value.

Design, prototype, and deliver analytics solutions while supporting the continuous evolution of the Global Markets ecosystem. Champion best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across data, reporting, and automation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of business processes, data, and analytics ecosystems Experience partnering with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on solution delivery

Technical Skills

Microsoft Power BI Microsoft Fabric SQL Data Modelling DAX & Power Query Microsoft Power Platform Key Attributes Lean Digital Mindset : Ability to blend Lean principles with practical digital solutions that simplify and scale.

Customer-Centric Design

Designs tools and dashboards that are user-friendly and solve real operational problems.

Analytical & Technical Acumen

Comfortable working with data, automation tools, and visualization platforms.

Change Agent

Capable of influencing stakeholders, driving adoption, and overcoming resistance to change.

Strategic & Practical

Able to define a digitization vision while being hands-on in execution and rollout.
