Overview

This role is eligible for fully remote work How you'll make an impact

• Provides leadership and direction for the GB Specialty Life Sciences Vertical, ensuring strong oversight of all vertical client relationships and claims handling functions.
• Manages a team of highly skilled claims handlers and holds ultimate responsibility for their performance.
• Directly oversees the handling of the largest and most complex claims within the vertical.
• Approves personnel activities, including hiring, training and development, and the evaluation of staff performance.
• Serves as the face of the Life Sciences vertical, participating in conferences, authoring white papers and thought leadership articles, and speaking on industry panels.
• Conducts case reviews and evaluates claims staff through ongoing review of statistics, open/closed file evaluations, and substantive file reviews.
• Participates in key planning and strategic decision-making processes.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years related experience required.
