How you'll make an impact As a Personal Lines Retention Account Handler, you'll play a key role in helping our customers stay protected and ensuring they continue to receive the personalised service Gallagher is known for.

You'll

Build strong relationships with existing customers, helping them review and renew their insurance policies. Take the time to understand each customer's circumstances and provide solutions tailored to their needs. Support customers throughout the renewal process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism, empathy and attention to detail. Identify opportunities to enhance cover and introduce additional products where appropriate.

Deliver trusted advice that helps customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Maintain accurate records and contribute insights that support continued service improvement. Keep up to date with industry developments to ensure customers receive relevant and competitive solutions.

About you We're looking for someone who is: APA qualified as a minimum. Experienced in customer service, retention, sales or personal lines insurance. Passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences. A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and earning trust. Solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Organised and comfortable managing multiple customer queries and priorities.
