Overview

Gallagher Ireland is seeking a Personal Lines Executive to join our team in Ireland. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will play a key part in supporting our clients with their personal insurance needs. You’ll work closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, manage renewals, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

How you'll make an impact In this role, you will: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their personal insurance needs. Manage the renewal process, ensuring policies are updated and issued accurately and on time. Provide advice and guidance to clients on suitable insurance products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for queries and support.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products that meet client needs. Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes. About you Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: An APA qualification (or willingness to obtain one).

Previous experience in personal lines insurance or a similar customer service role is an advantage. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive and solution-focused approach to resolving client queries. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A commitment to ongoing professional development and meeting CPD requirements.
