Overview

The Brand Design Operations Coordinator helps the Brand team stay organized, connected, and ready to deliver great work. This role keeps projects moving, brand assets easy to find, and team processes clear. It matters because strong operations help designers spend more time creating and less time chasing files, updates, and approvals. How you'll make an impact Help brand projects move forward with clear timelines, updates, and follow-through.

Make it easier for designers and partners to start work with the right information and assets. Keep brand files, libraries, and resources organized, current, and easy to access. Support smooth handoffs so approved assets are ready for use across teams. Help protect brand consistency by keeping naming, versioning, and documentation in good shape. Reduce confusion by improving how processes, trackers, and shared resources are maintained.

Support onboarding by helping new team members and partners understand where to find what they need. Spot ways to make routine work simpler, clearer, and more efficient. Support the Brand Design leadership team with coordination and administrative needs tied to the team’s work. About you You have 2 to 4 years of experience in creative coordination, project coordination, marketing operations, design operations, or a related area.

You are organized and detail-focused. You communicate clearly and follow through on commitments. You feel comfortable working with creative files, shared libraries, and project tracking tools. You have experience with, or interest in learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, digital asset management platforms, or similar tools. You enjoy helping teams work in a more structured and efficient way. You are interested in brand, design systems, and creative operations.
