Position Summary - responsible for ensuring hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved

• Coordinate the team in the daily operations
• Assist in the identification of training needs and the development of training plan

Primary Responsibility

• Coordinate the team in the daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient operation processes - responsible for ensuring hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
• Initiate corrective action for hazardous situation
• Participate in inventory Control and accurate records
• Assist in the identification of training needs and the development of training plan. Provide coashing to ensure that service standards and procedures are followed Requirements Education:

Vocational school graduate Experience

• - 3 years at a 5-star hotel - 1 year supervisory experience Knowledge and Skills:
• Basic FandB knowledge

Computer literate Others

• Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken
• English is an added advantage
• Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
• Team player
