- High school graduated
FandB related certificate is an added advantage Experience
- - 1 year at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant
- Frontline customer service experience in airlines, retail, concierge is an added advantage Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic FandB product and service knowledge
- Advance customer service skills
Computer literate Others
- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
- Preferably female,
- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
- Team player
