Position Summary

• Preparing and serving beverages according to the given instructions and established service standards
• Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in bar area - ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating bar equipment

Primary Responsibility

• Assist the day-to-day operation of the bar
• Prepare, present and Serve beverages efficiently according to established standard
• Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in bar area - ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating bar equipment Requirements Education:
• Middle school graduated
• FandB and/or Bartender certificate is an added advantage Experience: - 1 year at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant Knowledge and Skills:
• Basic bartending skills
• Product knowledge of beverages Basic customer service skills

Computer literate Others

• Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken
• English is an added advantage
• Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
• Team player
