- 經驗統計分析暨精算假設釐訂
- 分紅保單紅利分配建議及宣告等管理作業
- IFRS17費用分攤結帳作業暨業管費用及通路成本分析
- 督導海外業務運作
- 法令異動影響評估、內稽內控等相關作業辦理
- 熟悉MS Office系統，具程式設計及資料庫處理經驗
- 通過美國精算學會SOA(或英、澳精算考試系統相當)考試2科以上
- 具精算相關工作(如:經驗分析/分紅業務/IFRS17/TIS)或實習經驗者
