重要職責/工作內容

  • 協助海外REIT產業與個股研究
  • 協助海外REIT專題研究
  • 協助投資後管理相關事務
  • 協助投資行政相關事務
  • 其他主管交辦事務 1.精通英文聽說讀寫 2.

須修過財務管理、投資學以及初級會計等課程 加分項目

  • 具備金融投資分析經驗或不動產投資基本知識
  • 具備金融市場知識或CFA Level 1以上資格
  • 好奇心強、樂於主動學習與討論交流，並對投資研究有興趣者
