Process Coach

Job description

As A Fullfillment engineer you will lead the Supply chain followup for productive parts delivery to the plant from the different suppliers that conforms the chain, develop the raction plans to make up for critical materials impact on plant production, plus promote continuous improvement along the different suppliers of the value chain in order to avoid any short & long term impact to production

Responsibilities

• Daily Monitor the Will make & BOH for productive material and trigger critical followup as needed
• On time Arrival/delivery of any production part from suppliers to plant Dock
• Lead PENSKE external logistics team to track, Expedite & Monitor status of productive parts
• Participate in DPP meetings leading from plant perspective along SOT to avoid parts shortage
• Monitor the usage and update of ASCENT system based on supplier performance
• Raise hand, and involve SOT trough PEGA system to support suppliers on potential shortages
• Participate and support along different MP&L funtional areas on Quality reject meetings to Bin responsability between plant & supplier
• Work along Penske External Logistics to evaluate and find eficciency opportunities on current logistics design
• Work With IQ, Penske & Parts Control team to assure parts integrity on system
• Premium Freigth continuous improvement support
• Avoid or reduce production impact due Imminent productive parts shortage
• Lead continuous improvement along the supply chain members (PENSKE, TRANSPORT, SUPPLIER)
• Anticipate, Monitor, Alarm & react accordingly to internal & external Risk's present on the supply chain
• Create and Manage a Fullfillment Opperative System
