Job Summary Role & Responsibilities

• Setup, maintain and optimize projects’ IE database of time study, online HC config. definition, offline HC demand study, line balance rate improvement, layout proposal etc.
• Production line capacity analysis, equipment/fixture demand and HC demand forecast and planning.
• New biz quotation support and resources plan.
• NPI supports layout and material flow design, optimization. And push process improvement and station balance to meet target UPH and HC configuration.
• Continue improving driving and pushing through IE method and tools to save cost and improve efficiency.
• Drive Continuous Improvement in resources capacity plan and workforce design optimization Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (IE), Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Able to read and write in English, with basic verbal communication skills.
