Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Manager located in Shenzhen .

What a typical day looks like

Responsible for early-stage quality planning and management of projects, ensuring that products meet relevant standards and customer requirements

• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and production departments to drive the achievement of quality objectives
• Participate in the development of quality control processes and supervise their implementation
• Analyze quality issues, propose improvement measures, and follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills Basic understanding of quality management systems; Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
