Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus Reporting to the Director, Program Management the Program Management Manager role involves… Responsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.

What a typical day looks like

Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. Demonstrate advance operations, technical skills as well as knowledge in process technologies. Ability to analyze technical & financial reports and effectively present to internal & external customers. Coordinate with CFT, necessary actions for target compliance. Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.

• Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projections The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, industrial or related field Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics Industry Advanced English is mandatory Project Management experience
• Strong experience in NPI's
• Solid experience in transfers
• Design experience would be a plus Customer-facing role Experience with cross-functional team (CFT)
