Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This position is responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that aligns with overall marketing strategies for the Bank’s digital channels including paid search, social media, affiliates, rate tables, email, content, and campaign marketing. This position may develop customized digital marketing strategies, suggest improvements to existing strategies, develop digital marketing testing and AI strategies and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement.

Consults with business leaders and key stakeholders to create and implement a differentiated marketing approach that enhances the digital user experience in alignment with bank goals and objectives. Mentors less experienced staff.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities: Business Strategy

• Provides consultative expertise to ensure the channel strategy delivers a client experience and customer acquisition results that is relevant and competitive in the market. Assists with the development and implementation of digital marketing products and programs to support product and customer revenue, retention, and engagement goals across digital media and platforms.

Channel Management

• Manages assigned channels that delivers a client experience that is relevant and competitive in the market and aligns with the corporate strategy. Collaborates with management on the implementation of marketing programs to support product and customer revenue, retention and engagement goals across digital media and platforms. Manages efficient utilization and optimization of marketing technology stack, Artificial Intelligence modules as applicable to the channel. Manages agencies as appliable to optimize spend and results.

Analysis

• Reviews and analyzes data to monitor customer engagement and identify the most effective ways of marketing products or services using various digital technologies. Reviews advertising campaigns and identifies ways to improve search engine rankings.

Business Support

• Manages assigned channel performance metrics to ensure digital marketing capabilities are effective and meet Bank goals and objectives. Maintains a strong current knowledge of best practices and changing conditions to shift priorities accordingly.

Researches emerging technologies and market product performance and recommends initiatives that improve operations and profitability with minimal client impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Digital, Information Technology or Marketing, or Interaction design Skills: Vendor Management Content Creation Builds Productive Relationships Strategic Marketing Additional Information This job posting is expected to remain active for 7 days from the initial posting date listed above.

The base pay for this position is generally between $120,000 and $150,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
