Conducts most complex technical and business-related research and analysis to support client needs, contributing to the assessment, planning, and improvement of assets, processes, and systems.

Designs systems to enhance the performance of the job area, defining innovative solutions to address difficult and complex problems. Implements processes to streamline operations, ensuring an efficient allocation of consultants to projects and fulfillment of client demands. Integrates organizational change management and strategic communications activities, helping establish and implement effective strategies for successful project outcomes.

Coaches and provides guidance to less experienced professionals within the job area, reviewing their work to ensure quality and consistency. Establishes and forecasts operational targets with a significant impact on departmental results, influencing others regarding policies, practices, and procedures. Develops approaches to solutions under minimal supervision, managing projects and processes independently to achieve operational targets.

Experienced individual role encapsulating facilitating operational tasks that contribute to departmental outcomes, managing the implementation of systems, processes, or products to improve performance. Responsibilities include addressing-complex issues with considerable independence, applying analysis and judgment to guide decisions. Regular communication with external contacts such as customers, vendors, and requiring information exchange.

Operates with limited supervision, providing guidance and training to others while supporting broader team goals.
