Source to Contract responsibilities across three broad areas – Contract Transportation, Products & Operations and Professional Services & IT; Supplier Relationship Management; Category Management; Stakeholder Management; Spend Analysis & Reporting

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, Postgraduate qualification in business related studies preferred.

Minimum Experience

Experience: 6+ years in program management, procurement operations, or category strategy, with direct experience managing commercial corporate card programs and global travel/TMC systems (e.g., Concur, ERPs).

Language Proficiency

Professional fluency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to lead international workshops and communicate effectively across global regions.

Technical & Analytics Acumen

Advanced BI and data analytics (Power BI/Tableau, advanced Excel); hands-on exposure to workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate, APIs) and AI productivity tools.

Strategic Communication

Proven track record crafting executive narratives, facilitating workshops, and building consensus across cross-functional matrix teams.

Change Management

Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale user adoption, measure behavioral KPIs, and embed lasting process improvements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Leadership Skills; Influencing & Persuasion Skills; Analytical Skills; Negotiation Skills; Planning & Organizing Skills.
