We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities. You would be trusted with leading the recruitments in Colombia. Manage full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for our Game Presenters roles.

• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market
• Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes; Take part in active massive sourcing
• Set up and maintain recruitment systems
• Coordinate and ensure the completion of all required documentation throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and new hire documentation in accordance with internal processes and requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required Previous experience in high-volume recruiting Experience with Talent acquisition KPI's
• Excellent verbal and written communication Enlgish skills
• Excellent organization skills Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia Passion for massive talent attraction and recruitment Achievement-oriented attitude Willingness to progress and develop a career within the company This is a site position, we require you to be available to work from our sites in Medellin: Tigo Sede Principal, Rivana Business Park Cra. 48 #20-45
