What You’ll Do

Host live Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and other casino games on camera Deal cards, spin the wheel, and follow game procedures accurately

• Engage online players in a friendly, clear, and professional way
• Follow on screen instructions and studio standards Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid training through Evolution Academy You will not handle cash or work directly with customers in person.

Qualifications

You may be a strong fit if you

Have experience in reception, front desk operations, customer service, retail, call centers, hospitality, or another public facing role Are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera

• Communicate clearly and professionally Can follow procedures consistently and accurately Are reliable, punctual, and professional Want to use your customer service skills in a new environment Can work evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts based on your assigned schedule

Qualifications

• Must be at least
• 18 years old
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a New Jersey gaming license
• Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting Able to remain seated or standing during assigned games Able to wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards Able to complete paid training before hosting live games
