Description As a Legal Intern, you will join the EUKEM Legal Team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. Reporting directly to a Senior Legal Counsel, you will support the team in various legal and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of the department. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your legal research, drafting, and organizational skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support ongoing projects
• Assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents, contracts, and memos
• Organize and manage case files, records, and legal documents while ensuring confidentiality
• Compile case-related information, including client background and supporting documentation, to assist in case preparation
• Attend meetings to gain practical exposure and contribute to discussions
• Ensure compliance with department guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

• Holding an LLM/Master 2 in Law or currently attending Bar School (as a lawyer trainee)
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in legal databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with competition law, distribution law, digital law, and data privacy regulations.
• Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
