WE ARE HIRING! Production Manager Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines Join Essilor Manufacturing Philippines, Inc., a leading multinational lens manufacturing company and take the lead in driving manufacturing excellence. We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager who will oversee production operations, ensure product quality, optimize resources, and foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and people development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets. Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage manpower, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency and performance. Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and regulatory standards. Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams to support business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, or related field). At least 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a multinational company. Strong knowledge of production management, KPI analysis, process control, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards. Strong leadership, problem solving, decision-making, communication, and people development skills.
