• 8+ years of accounting experience External audit experience Experience in multinational companies Experience working with GBS / shared services model is a plus
• Strong communication skills to explain accounting logic and risks clearly Working-level English preferred Key Responsibilities This role is an individual contributor position within the finance team.

The focus is on driving accounting topics that require judgment, clear standards and coordination.

• Interpret and apply Local GAAP / IFRS Manage accounting policies, posting rules and governance standards
• Review accrual and provision logic and ensure consistent application
• Review and manage balance sheet accounts and reconciliations
• Act as a key point of contact for accounting topics with GBS Validate Inventory (periodic method) and fixed asset accounting
• Coordinate and manage external audit processes and audit-related issues
• Review corporate income tax and VAT matters Support FP&A with accounting-based explanations for OPEX and P&L movement
