JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

This role reports to the Regional Head of Corporate Communications, Southeast Asia & Korea who is based in Singapore.

Internal communications

Working together with cross-functional colleagues across the business to support employee engagement strategies including implementing energizing Employee engagement activities Roving reporter to develop stories for the One EssilorLuxottica internal platform to keep colleagues apprised of the latest happenings around the region (ie. New retail stores, new brand launches, awards, milestone events) and digital platforms including Global LinkedIn and corporate newsletters.

Supporting the roll out of our key People Programs to SEAK regional colleagues Supporting Content Creation for Leadership/ Executives (ie Videos, Memos, LinkedIn post etc); Managing corporate brand assets and local templates External communications: Working alongside the Head of Corporate Communications on external corporate announcements and milestones to raise the reputation of EssilorLuxottica in the region. (ie media events/ media outreach etc)

RESPONSIBILITIES

AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Copywriting / Editing Content Creation / Storytelling Employee engagement to grow our People & Culture Media engagement Grand Openings / Events Media Monitoring KEY REQUIREMENTS: Currently studying Communications Studies / Mass Communications/ Communication & Information

• Strong writing skills, video editing, Content Creation skills preferred Able to commit for a minimum of 6 Months (Jan - Jun/Jul, 2027) Positive and proactive attitude Bonus if individual is adept with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and has creative digital design skills Analytical ability, solution-oriented and able to work with Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel
