In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Champion CRM process improvements and best practices across the MEA region. Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and change management initiatives. Support Salesforce readiness activities, including process alignment, training, and business engagement. Improve customer and account data quality through strong data governance practices.

Enhance digital customer experiences through platforms such as MyEmerson. Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights that support business decisions. Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.

For This Role, You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM, process improvement, or related areas. Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms. Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working across teams delivering business and technology solutions.
