Technical Service Delivery Specialist

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Work closely with Sales, technical teams, and customers to understand technical service requirements and identify suitable service solutions. Support the preparation of technical and commercial service proposals based on customer needs, delivery capabilities, and costs. Coordinate service delivery activities with internal teams such as Technical Support, Field Services, Customer Operations, Manufacturing Services, and Sales.

Support customer communication throughout the service lifecycle and help ensure that service expectations and commitments are clearly understood. Coordinate assigned service agreements, including service reviews, delivery activities, and resolution of service-related issues. Support service agreement renewals and identify opportunities for additional services based on customer requirements. Maintain accurate product, system, and service agreement information in relevant systems and tools.

Develop an understanding of service pricing, costs, profitability, and the commercial aspects of technical service delivery. Identify opportunities to improve service processes, tools, and the overall customer experience.

For This Role, You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline . Approximately 2-3 years of professional experience in an engineering, technical, customer-facing, service, sales support, application engineering, project engineering, or related environment. Strong interest in developing your career at the intersection of technical solutions, customer engagement, and commercial activities . Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. Good written and spoken English, as you will work in an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

That Set You Apart: Previous experience in a customer-facing engineering, technical sales, sales support, service engineering, application engineering, or project engineering role . Exposure to manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, automation, industrial, or other high-tech environments. Experience supporting technical quotations, proposals, service agreements, or maintenance programs. Commercial awareness or an interest in developing knowledge of pricing, costs, profitability, and customer value.

Experience working with international or cross-functional teams.
