You will build strong customer relationships through every interaction, helping make it easy for customers and partners to do business with Emerson while delivering accurate, responsive, and high-quality support. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Provide professional and efficient customer service and accurate solutions for customer concerns as guided by a defined process and procedure, utilizing tools and systems, within the assigned function and scope of work.

Attend to general product information, including price and lead time, warranty, SRA and RMA requests. Provide email and phone support to sales and distribution partners (e.g. order entry and maintenance, quotation and proforma, order status, allocation, shipping discrepancy). Handle and resolve customer complaints including, but not limited to missed shipments, incorrect orders, billing disputes, credit requests, and export-related concerns.

Perform other customer service administration duties, such as open order report, preparing export documents, etc..

For This Role, You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or other related functions.

Preferred Qualifications

That Set You Apart: Background in offshore service operations is a plus.
