Senior Product Engineer

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 4 to 8 years of experience in Product Engineering, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, product sustainment, manufacturing support, and test & measurement systems. Experience in design validation, product qualification, and continuous improvement of existing products.

Proven ability to manage multiple sustaining products while achieving yield, quality, and reliability targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret test data, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and prepare clear technical documentation. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with automated test systems and test development environments. Familiarity with NI/Emerson products, tools, platforms, and processes. Knowledge of quality, reliability, and statistical engineering methodologies. Experience in project management and leading cross-functional technical initiatives. Knowledge of RF theory, RF testing, debugging, and applications. Proficiency in Power BI, data analytics, and automation tools/programming.

Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
