Job description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Perform daily stockroom activities, including receiving, locating, retrieving, and issuing raw materials and finished goods. Arrange and store materials according to approved procedures. Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycle counts. Report any inventory or warehouse discrepancies promptly to the person in charge. Operate and perform daily inspections of material-handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts.

Load raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods according to requirements. Update material movements accurately in the company business system. Maintain good 5S and safety practices within the warehouse. Perform other duties as required to support warehouse and logistics operations.

Who You Are

You are safety-conscious and follow established warehouse procedures. You are organized and pay attention to inventory accuracy and material handling. You take accountability for your work and promptly highlight discrepancies. You collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Shipping, and other teams. You are willing to learn and support changing operational requirements For This Role, You Will Need: Completed SPM or equivalent .

Ability to read, write, and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English . Ability to handle material-handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts . Basic computer knowledge. Good quality awareness and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

That Set You Apart: Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements related to store operations . Experience operating material-handling equipment such as reach trucks, stackers, and lift trucks . Previous experience in warehouse, store, inventory, or manufacturing logistics operations.
