You will provide technical sales and application support to Emerson Measurement Solutions by performing order sizing for DP Flow Rosemount Measurement products and resolving production redlight.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Provide technical sales and application support to Emerson Automation Solutions Rosemount by performing order sizing for Rosemount Measurement (DP Flow) and resolving Production Redlight. Provide technical support and act as a resource person to Project Engineers (PE), Project Execution Lead (PEL), Inside Sales Engineers (ISE), Business Administrators (BA), Manufacturing Engineers, and Technical Support Administrators (TSA) in terms of the product sizing process.

Perform order quality audits on booked orders for Rosemount products. Identify and assign Redlight to book orders and prevent manufacturing Redlight.

For This Role, You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering courses. At least 1.5 years of technical support experience related to process automation, control, and optimization technologies and services. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel. Intermediate knowledge of instrumentation products and engineering principles, especially with process measurement products and principles.

Intermediate knowledge of business tools such as Oracle, Toolkit, Product Advisor (PA), CRM, SSRS, Rosewire, Engineering Assistant 5, and Engineering Assistant 6.
