In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop and execute global operational strategies that align with business goals and support sustainable growth
• Lead daily operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistent performance, efficiency, and operational excellence Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization frameworks
• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
• Partner closely with leaders in Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
• Oversee global supply chain and logistics strategy to optimize cost, service levels, and delivery performance
• Ensure compliance with international regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Lead, develop, and support a high-performing global operations team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous development Anticipate and mitigate operational risks while strengthening business continuity plans
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes for global operations Champion digital transformation and technology adoption to enhance data-driven decision-making

For This Role, You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with at least
• 5 years in a global or multi-regional role
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, manufacturing and logistics.

Demonstrated ability to lead an influence cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
