In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Govern global intercompany accounting processes across Invoice to Pay, Record to Report, and Credit to Cash

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Emerson Corporate Policies and procedures (CP&Ps) local statutory requirements and SOX controls
• Lead standardization and automation across intercompany process Initiate and lead improvements to monthly reconciliation and consolidation processes Align workload and staffing resources, complexity and peak close requirements
• Develop both leadership and individual contributors to ensure they are able to maximize their talents and fully explore career opportunities within Emerson
• Manage financial matters for the group by preparing the annual Manila budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring team is in compliance with policies Who You Are: You plan and prioritize work effectively by breaking down objectives into clear initiatives aligned with broader organizational goals.

For This Role, You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a professional license as Certified Public Accountant At least
• 10 years of progressive supervisory or leadership experience in Finance/ Accounting
• Strong understanding of how intercompany transactions flow through ERP, subledger, general ledger, reconciliation, and consolidation systems, with the ability to identify system and master-data issues that create accounting discrepancies
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
