Software Sales Engineer

Job description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Identify and develop new software sales opportunities. Understand customer technical needs and recommend suitable solutions. Deliver software demonstrations and technical presentations. Support the sales process together with Account Managers and internal teams. Build strong customer relationships and maintain opportunities in CRM. Develop your technical and commercial knowledge to achieve sales targets.

You enjoy combining technical knowledge with customer interaction. You are curious, proactive, and comfortable learning new technologies. You communicate technical topics clearly and confidently. You enjoy working collaboratively and building customer relationships.

For This Role, You Will Need

1–2 years of engineering or technical experience, ideally in Test & Measurement. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Knowledge of tools such as NI LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C#, or similar technologies. Strong communication and presentation skills. Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

That Set You Apart: Customer-facing, applications engineering, pre-sales, or sales experience. Experience with Test & Measurement or automated testing. German language skills strong advantage.
