Job description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead complex, high-impact transformation initiatives that advance Services growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and strategic business priorities. Translate enterprise strategy into integrated roadmaps, executable plans, measurable business outcomes, and value-realization measures. Serve as a strategic partner to executive sponsors, business owners, and functional leaders, providing clear recommendations, decision support, and visibility into performance.

Lead global, cross-functional teams across Services, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Business Units, influencing outcomes without direct authority. Establish robust governance, decision-making forums, accountability structures, escalation paths, and executive-level reporting. Own the management of scope, investment, resources, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and organizational impacts across multiple workstreams.

Anticipate strategic and execution risks, evaluate trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and drive timely decisions to protect business outcomes. Build alignment among senior stakeholders with competing priorities and create clarity in complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments. Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, change management, communications, adoption, and sustainable implementation. Ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and transition successfully to business-as-usual operations with clear ownership, documentation, controls, and performance accountability.

Strengthen project and portfolio management practices by promoting operational rigor, outcome-based management, continuous improvement, and effective leadership practices.

You promote transparency, surface risks early, and create the alignment required to successfully lead global, cross-functional transformation initiatives. You balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution, maintaining focus on business value, stakeholder adoption, and sustainable operational ownership beyond project completion.
