Regional Senior Key Account Manager - OEM (Data Center Cooling - Power & Control Components

Job description

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for global OEM customers, ensuring long-term growth and partnership development
• Lead the implementation of customer requirements and commercial agreements, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to track performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships
• Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, including opportunity management, forecasting, and quotation processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across account management activities, enhancing efficiency and customer value
• Build and grow strategic global OEM relationships, with a strong focus on data center air and liquid cooling solutions
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, aligning across sales, product management, engineering, and operations
• Lead complex, multi-country account coordination across EMEA and global teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5-9 years of experience in B2B sales and key account management, with a proven track record of success
• Direct experience in Data Center cooling systems is required
• Demonstrated ability to sell complex engineered solutions into OEM customers, managing long sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder environments A technical background is strongly preferred, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and credibility in customer discussions
