Your Responsibilities

Managing customs clearance processes and preparing customs declarations in line with applicable regulations. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of customs documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Liaising with customs authorities and representing the company in matters related to customs procedures. Performing customs-related activities in a timely and accurate manner while monitoring the progress of customs clearances.

Entering and maintaining shipment and customs-related data in dedicated systems. Monitoring and administering financial guarantees related to customs operations and maintaining the required records. Ensuring the accuracy and availability of data necessary for the correct invoicing of customs services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing operational challenges and preventing delays.

Supporting post-clearance activities, including customs claims, audits, verifications, and customs proceedings. Following company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver a high level of service. Our Expectations Previous experience in a similar customs-related role. English language proficiency at a minimum A2/B1 level. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.

Experience working with the HUZAR customs application. Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures within an international logistics environment.
