• Supervise a team of warehouse staff
• Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention
• Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements
• Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime Customer complaint management Uphold inventory integrity Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement Documentation of work instructions Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT)
