• Plan and execute operational process improvements that significantly boost productivity and utilization
• Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to identify and roll out Continuous Improvement initiatives that drive results
• Analyze operational data to uncover improvement opportunities and create improvement plan
• Assist in project implementation, ensuring adherence to SLAs/PKIs and maintaining high customer satisfaction Qualifications: Basic knowledge in Logistic & Supply chain Familiarity with Solutions Design and process improvement techniques. Diploma or bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or Assistant Manager of relevant business experience Able to create, present and analyze data using Ms.
• Excel
• Ability to mapping business process in detail
• Ability to find improvement ideas with any improvement techniques/mothod Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution) Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving skills Organized, flexible and able to prioritize work under tight deadlines English (Fluent in verbal and written) DSV – Global transport and logistics What moves you?
